CheckedHomePros is a directory and matching service operated by Velocity Ridge Holdings LLC. We pre-screen contractors and match homeowners with up to 3 vetted local pros per quote request.

We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor. Any work performed, payment owed, or warranty obligation is between you and the contractor.

We make reasonable efforts to vet contractors but make no guarantee of work quality, timeliness, or outcome.

By submitting a quote request, you consent to up to 3 vetted contractors contacting you about your request via the contact information you provide.
